Thanksgiving was a Joy! Ha!

I went to Connecticut last Tuesday until this past Sunday for Thanksgiving. Yeah, what a shitty time that was. Sorry to be so negative, but my father completely ruined everyone's Thanksgiving.

I stayed at my parents house on Tuesday and Wednesday night. On Wednesday night, I went out with my brother and my sister in law. My sis in law and I had to go out. It has kinda become a tradition for us. Her and I always go out the night before turkey day, ever since the Thanksgiving my bro was in Iraq. We had a pretty good time, drank a good amount of beer and ran into a bunch of people I went to high school with. I think I went to bed around 3:30am . . . only to be up at 6:30am to go hunting with my Dad and my Uncle. I know, I know . . . you're thinking "dude, you're gay . . . gay people do not shoot deer!". It's not my favorite thing to do. I do it once a year, at Thanksgiving because its a family tradition.

So to make a long story short, on Thanksgiving day, my father got wicked drunk and was a complete asshole to my mother, grandfather, brother, sister in law, and myself. Asshole is probably a weak descriptor, but I don't have the ambition to write in depth tonight. He basically ruined everyone's thanksgiving. I think what bothers me most about it is that it could possibly be my last Thanksgiving with my grandparents.

This trip to CT was way to long. I will not go to CT for a long trip at Christmas. Fuck that, I had enough after this weekend.

The rest of the weekend was pretty chill. I stayed at my brothers house . . . we did some Christmas shopping, went to my cousin's 16th birthday party, drank some wine and watched a lot of One Tree Hill. I've never seen that show before, but I have to say, I've become kinda addicted.
