"Craigslist Killer" in Boston Arrested
The breaking news flash has just appeared on the bottom of my TV screen regarding the arrest of 23 year old Boston University med student Phil Markoff as the "craigslist killer" in Boston. The picture to the left is a surveillance photo from the hotel.
I posted about this a few days ago. Since then, the local media has covered this story in great detail calling the guy the "craigslist killer". Apparently, someone was robbed and tied up at the Westin Hotel after posting an ad on craigslist. This allegedly happened several weeks before the murder in the Marriott Copley Square.
Don't go trickin on craigslist people!
More info at the Boston Globe.
Bullied to Death
I'm happy the Boston Globe has picked up coverage of this story. A few weeks ago, 11 year old Carl Walker-Hoover hanged himself in his home by an electric cord. The boy did so because he continued to be bullied and tauted by people saying he was gay.How sad that this poor boy had so much pain from others that he felt he had to take his own life.
Brings back some nasty memories of my own. You can read more at Boston.com
