Back in Boston
What an emotionally draining weekend! Got back to Boston last night. Brought all my bags in and just crashed on my bed with Cooper. I'm exhausted. Didn't sleep much at my brothers house over the weekend due to the little ones running around (God bless parents!). Although I really enjoyed spending time with my bro, sister in law and nieces. Love love love those kids! The passing of my grandfather has been tough and happened a lot faster than any of us expected. I feel relieved for him because I know he was ready to go . . . he even told me so. He passed peacefully in the house he built himself over 60 years ago. This has just been such a difficult and crappy year. Looking back, I haven't posted anything positive on this blog. Need to change that.
Today was Patriots Day in Boston and the Boston Marathon. Had to work today . .. first time on Pat's day in a while. Oh well! Congratulations to all of the runners! Not an easy race to run! My boss ran it in 4 hours and 45 minutes. I'm impressed!
I'm off to bed . . . going to re-jump start my gym routine tomorrow.

Status Update
Good morning bloggers. It's a cloudy warm day here in Beantown. Suppose to get pretty warm, almost 80 degrees! Gotta love wacky New England weather.I finally moved out last weekend. It was a pretty emotional weekend. I love where I lived and the life I once had. But . . .moving on! The new place isn't bad. Wicked cheap rent, roommates are very nice and baby Cooper seems to be adjusting well. Slowly getting use to my new place. Still have boxes to unpack . . .whatever! They'll get done some day right? lol
Visited family over the weekend. Got to see my brother and my beautiful nieces. Those two girls always bring a huge smile to my face. Oh and I also got a car!!! I have grandmother's old Subaru outback (fitting for JP!). The car is in mint condition, not a scratch on it, and the best part . . . only 29k miles! My commute will not be shorter and I'll have the freedom of a set of wheels again.
But the sad part of the weekend was seeing my grandfather. He doesn't have much time left. Has gone from 240 lbs to 130lbs and is starting hospice care today. I think we're as prepared for this as anyone can be . . . he's had a pretty great life of 87 years. Hate to see him go.

Fun Times
T and I went away with his family to Orlando, Florida for a week of vacation. Excellent times were had! Relaxation was the only item on the agenda. I laid out by the pool every day and got some excellent color. No more casper white skin for me!We returned this past Thursday in time for my best friend Mitch to fly in from San Francisco. Ok, um, I think I've begun to sober up. On Saturday we began with cocktails at my house around 5 and had an excellent dinner at 8:30 at the South End Buttery. The food was really good! Thinking of the hanger steak makes me salivate! From there we hit Sister Sorel and back to my place after closing. Everyone had 4 alarm hang overs the next day. Thank god for Powerade Zero!

Weekend Update
I'm not tired tonight and just can't sleep. Any way, since I can't sleep I'll just update you on my weekend.T and I went back to Connecticut this weekend to baby sit my niece. My bro booked us in October of last year (something like that). We were more than happy to say yes! Words cannot express how much I love this kid! She is so precious and such a little angel! She loves to be held so she slept pretty much on me or T all day. And of course, all a 2 month old does is just sleep, eat, require changing and repeat. But it was great just to spend time with her none the less.
Tomorrow is Patriot's Day in Massachusetts. It's a day that commemorates the Battles of Lexington and Concord and the start of the American Revolution. It's a state holiday and I'm off from work. Woo hoo! It's also the 113th running of the Boston Marathon. Which reminds me, how will I get to my gym . . . the marathon shuts Boylston St. down.

Wild Weekend
Yeah, the weekend is here and I'm updating this blog on my weekend adventure to Buffalo, NY.My brother is a huge Buffalo Bills fan, yeah, don't ask, no one is sure how that came about being that he was born and grew up in Connecticut. Anyway, its a tradition for him to go to at least one game each year and goes with my cousins. He wanted me to go last year but I was busy or something.
I took the bus to CT and on Saturday 6 of us left for Buffalo . . . 5 straight guys and gay old me. We had such a kick ass time. I can't remember the time I drank this much beer before! Saturday night it was one after another, after another . . . *sigh* bud light lol.
Sunday was game day. We arrived to the stadium around 10am to begin pre-gaming. Beer, beer, beer! Gotta love having a high tolerance. The bills won by one point, kicked a field goal with 3 seconds left in the game. My bro is an animal and was going nuts with the rest of the fans. That night I did something I've never done before . . . I went to a straight strip club! Ewwww! Tits all over! Thank god my cousin didn't buy me a lap dance. He was laughin at me.
Other updates: This past Tuesday was 5 months for T and I! Going strong! That boy makes me so dam happy!
And my gurl . . . FOXI BROWN has returned to Boston! He's living on my futon currently while he looks for his own place and a new job.

They're Back
Crowded trains filled with kids listening to iPods, not paying attention to others trying to board. This is what greeted me on my commute to work this morning via the T (MBTA, Boston's subway system). Yes, the students have moved back into America's largest college town. Some people just don't know how to ride public transit. Oh well I shouldn't complain...I make my living from them.Labor day weekend signifies the end of the summer. That sucks! It went by so dam quick! Hard to believe right?
For a while now, I've wanted to apply for some adjunct professorships/instructor positions. Would love to teach 100 level History or Political Science courses. I could probably do it at a community college. So I'm going to put my resume together and begin sending it out. I found a posting for it online only requiring a masters degree. *check!*
T and I spent the weekend together. Went out for sushi with his roommate and his boyfriend on Friday night. We had a great time and an awesome meal! The volcano roll at Douzo is AWESOME! Saturday we were wicked lazy and slept til noon time. Guess we were over due. That night we met up with Maxi Pad and a bunch of homos friends of ours for dinner and drinks. Kick ass time, haven't played asshole in a long time! Sunday and Monday were low key for us too. I had to labor on labor day...yay! lol
Oh and check this shit out. Gay related hate crime took place a week ago in Boston that is getting a lot of attention. It's sad because it seems as if they're becoming more frequent...and Boston is generally a wicked safe city and gay friendly too. I've never felt unsafe or uncomfortable but this is making me think a little more. They arrested one of the punk asses responsible for it.
It took place on Columbus Avenue. I kid you not, I've walked by the spot where this happened hundreds of time, sometimes sober but most time shit faced with my friends on our way home from a gay bar.

Life Update
Life is going well kids. I'm sitting here in the humidity that seems to plague Boston lately...well and my apartment has zero air circulation with an AC unit built into the wall in the living room, not my bedroom, and my lease forbidding me from adding an AC. WTF? I have a sweet queen sized pillow top mattress to sleep on dam it!
But anyway . . .
Had a pretty chill weekend. Of course I spent it with T ;-) . Friday night we went to the gym together. Had a session with his trainer. He kicked our ass, more so mine because I haven't been as much of a gym bunny as I was before my new job. But that is changing...went 4 times last week... well I think it was four, I don't remember.
Saturday we laid out on his roof deck and got some sun. I'm a nice light tan color. It looks good for a pale Polish kid! Oh and my hair is starting to bleach out a bit. Always happens from the sun. By mid week I should be even tanner.
Saturday night we went out with his roomie and Maxi pad. It was great to be out with Maxi . . . seems like forever!
Ok, its official, like EVERYONE I know is getting married (I'm in no rush kids!)... just got off the phone and had a lovely hour long chat with my best friend Jenn from College. It's been a few months since we chatted (life happens you know). She and her future hubby have moved the wedding date up a few months and headed to Vegas. I'm wicked excited and happy for her. God, I can remember her and I sitting in our res. hall room in college saying "omg, we're gonna die alone, never gonna get married blah blah blah!"
And finally, I'm excited . . . just heard from my bro and he, the sis in law, and the 4 legged nephew are coming up for a visit in two weeks! Woo hoo! And they get to meet T which is very important. So far he has passed all of the friend tests ....with extra points too (yes, he's that good!). But its the bro test . . . lol

I Quit!
Today, I received my official offer letter from my future employer putting my job in writing! Yay! I've been waiting to receive this for sometime now. And with this, I officially quit my job today! WOO HOO! I admit, it was a bit anxiety provoking. I realized how much I am changing my life and that shit will be happening rather quickly. Oh well, this is what I wanted and I'm excited for the new opportunity!Oh and just in case you were wondering, no apartment yet.
My weekend began on Thursday night after a punishing work out with Maxi pad. Maxi has been growing his hair out for sometime now. It began looking like an ever growing squirrels nest. On a whim, he decided to shave his head. Yours truly utilized his cutting skills and shaved that shit off. It looked like a squirrel exploded in my sink. But Maxi, it does look good and be glad I didn't carve my initials into the back of your head.
Went out on Thursday and Friday night . . . not much to report there . . .more of the same old shit type stuff.

Weekend Update
This past weekend wasn't to bad. I was visiting family in Connecticut for most of it as it was Easter.Went out to Estate on Thursday night with Maxi pad. I'm really not much of a fan of this place anymore, not sure why, but it bores me. But we did have a good time from what I remember. Yeah, Thursday night I finally got to celebrate the new job. We started with some cheap champagne. I ended up leaving my ATM card there . . . opps!
On Friday my brother and sister in law came into Boston because they just bought a dog from Texas and the little puppy was flying into Logan airport. His name is Jackson . . . he is the cutest mini Schnauzer I've ever seen! Adorable! He's my 4 legged nephew.
Went to CT that night with them and ran a bunch of errands and visited with people on Saturday and had Easter dinner with the fam on Sunday. Dinner was great, I had a good time and it was good to see my grandparents.
That was really my weekend, quite uneventful, I know. I'll blog about some deeper shit tomorrow night, time for bed.

Correction - Missing Information
Foxi Brown has brought to my attention some missing information from my previous weekend update post.
You see, I forgot to include an important piece of information. Foxi was chatting with HG that night and some how I came up in the conversation. And HG was like "gurl, talk me up to him, he's adorable" or something along those lines.
I know this because I was looking for Foxi, couldn't find him and thought he left. I was gonna smack a hoe if he did. So I call him and he's like "I'm near the coat check ... get you ass over here now we gotta talk!!"
So I head over there he grabs my arm and drags me down the hallway like someone dragging a sack of melons across the border! He tells me what happened . . . almost strangled me with my tie too! lol This turned me into a giddy school girl. I thought he was joking and he says to me "bitch, hell no! Listen to me or I'll smack you!" Such violence! lol
Love that kid! Good wing man!

Weekend Update - Finally!
I'm such a procrastinator at times . . . I was suppose to write this a few days ago, oh well. I've been busy I guess.
Um where do I start? lol Been away from my office a lot lately, attending a conference here in town. I had a great time, got to catch up with some friends and former colleagues. Oh, and I haven't heard yet about the job. The industry I work in is notoriously slow. *fingers crossed*
Yeah, I know the weekend is here, but I'm still talking about last weekend.
Foxi Brown flew in from Phoenix on Friday night. He and I eventually met up after several friends and I went out for Thai food. It was amazing as always! Brown Sugar has got to be the best Thai restaurant in Boston. SAM & our friend Beth were already there holding our table. They were pretty buzzed and had made friends with all of these people waiting for tables. It was pretty comical.
It was about 10:30pm and we left and to hit up Club Cafe. Since everyone says I'm slow to get ready, I was prohibited from going home to change. I was all pimped out in a black suit. I have to say, I looked hot . . . and I never say shit like that about myself! (Maxi's rubbing off on me) There goes my modesty! lol
My other friend from AZ (we'll call him AZI) and I were chilling out and chit chatting, catching up. You know, the fun stuff. Foxi & Co. finally arrive and we begin chatting and hanging out. And then I run into "hot guy" or "HG". I'm totally crushing on him. Crushing for lack of a better word. Yes, you all remember him from new years etc. Ugh, he is so attractive and such a nice guy! I gave him a hug and we both have a brief nervous chit chat. Yeah, nervous . . . AZI was laughing at me afterward. People, I'm working on that! I can talk to anyone, but when it comes to a guy I'm interested in I clam up. It's weird because I tend to be a social slut at times.
Fast forward through the night and I find myself bumping into HG in the hallway. He was like "wait right here, I'll be right back". So I did. And we hung out and chatted for the rest of the night. It was funny, because magically, both of our groups of friends were like "um, we're going to go now . . ." I guess the writing was on the wall lol. Well, I certainly wasn't leaving yet . . . there was about 40 minutes left in the night and I wanted to hang out with this guy.
I had a lot of fun and finally started to loosen up. I don't know what it is but I can be so nervous and up tight sometimes. I'm really going to work on that. Oh and I should probably smile more and show off the pearly whites.
HG was being stalked by this one guy who just wouldn't take "I'm not interested in you". So I had to play the boyfriend. Twist my arm! lol
And fast forward to the next day, I took the T home in my suit :-) . I'm not a hoe...I definitely didn't expect anything to happen! lol
I worked on Saturday and then went out with some of my crew on Saturday night after Foxi and I had some great Sushi! We had a good time at Epic, danced a little bit etc. Fun times. I woke up from my disco nap at 8:30pm, walk into my kitchen and found Foxi drinking already. That bitch has never beat me to the punch before! I'm so proud! lol He was drinking gin aka pine tree juice.
Well, the weekend is here again. Not much planned for this weekend. I'm pretty much on lock down. Its a good thing, the past two weekends have been great, but I need to chill.
TGIF!

Weekend Update - Arizona was Awesome!
I flew back in to Boston on Sunday/Monday morning to hear the captain of our flight say "The local time in Boston is 12:01 AM and the local temperature is 32 degrees" . . . ugh . . .
It was 81, sunny, and beautiful everyday. What a great time I had and a relaxing one too. I went to the gym once. Foxi is a member of a beautiful gym. The next two days after that, I laid by the outdoor pool sunning myself with Maxi. Beautiful weather . . . one heck of a hot man specimen sighting as well. The rational was "fuck it, we can hit the gym in Boston . . . but can't lay out nor can we sport shorts, polo shirts and flip flops." Yeah, that was standard wear for me.
Arizona was beautiful, different than what I'm use to. You have to drive everywhere. Here, its the T or my two feet.
I'd post pics of AZ, but I'm afraid those show site seeing of the gay bar/club variety.
Our first night we didn't go out. Maxi and I passed out. I got the best sleep in probably over a year! Over 13 hours! Thursday, we were all over Tempe, this is wear Foxi lives. He's got a great little place and seems very happy and content there. I'm very happy for him. That night at Amsterdam, this really fun gay bar, we got free shots because it was my birthday a few weeks ago lol, and because we were from out of town. Pretty sweet!
Did a little shopping while I was there too . . . I needed some new sunglasses. Yeah, totally dropped a few bills at Sunglass Hut. But I'll take care of them and keep them from getting broken. lol, I hope.
My mind is really escaping me on many of the details of the trip. No, I was not blacked out all trip! I do know, that the three of us had a hell of a fun time, cracked a lot of jokes and just did our usual quirky stupid shit good friends do.
I've yet to download my pictures. I'm sure those will help spark some thoughts and so I'll post again.
Foxi & Maxi, thank you for an awesome trip. I love you hookers!

Weekend Update - The Bro & Sis-in-law
My twin brother and his wonderful wife came to Beantown on Friday for the weekend. We celebrated our birthday which is tomorrow (hint hint). Yes, 28 years ago I was expelled from my mom's vajeen . . . lolWe had such a great time. Had dinner on Saturday night at my favorite restaurant in Boston, Giacamo's. The place is amazing and the food was exceptional. Everything we ate was just delicious. My bro had calamari (my favorite) for the first time. He actually loved it.
I think the funniest moment was when I took my bro out to two gay bars. I didn't see it, but he said we were getting checked out like crazy. He was like "bro, when I hang out with you, we become cock magnets!" lol Shit, he must come up and visit more often!
My bro told me if he ran into the guy I have dubed "Hot Guy" that he was going to walk up to him (after I introduced them of course) and be like "its my bro's birthday this week . . . and I think you'd make a fine present for him". Probably a good thing I didn't see him out because he so would have done it too! lol It's really awesome to have such a supportive brother as I do. We were always close growing up, but have grown even closer since I came out to him. It's such a non-issue for him. He really looks forward to when I get married so he can be my best man.
I went to the gym tonight, lifted a lot and increased the weight significantly. I will be very sore tomorrow, but don't care because I enjoy the pain. When I was on the eliptical, I had to enter my weight and age . . . 27 for the last time lol. Aww

Brunch & Booze with the Boys
This weekend was just random fun, plain and simple! lolI'm in a state of self imposed de-tox. But only until my little brother comes up this weekend to celebrate our birthday! I'm wicked excited!
It began on Thursday night. I had Friday off and decided to go out for drinks with Maxi and company. We consumed quite a bit of fermented grape juice. Had a bit at Toro in the South End and then went to Estate. I hadn't been to Estate in forever and didn't plan on going but was talked into it. I know, twist my arm right? It was pretty good from what I err, ah remember. lol
Kids, I must report . . . being the giving person I am, I again performed gay community service. Apparently, I also gave this guy my number because I got a text message from him on Friday. haha, I'm classy. Look at the good I do. lol
On Friday, I went to the mall with Maxi for a bit . . . spent a little bit more money, but bought a great pair of brown shoes, which I needed. Thanks for picking them out Maxi! ;-)
And on Friday, my partner in crime from out west, Foxi Brown, flew in from Phoenix. So after I napped and recovered from the previous evening, we went out to meet up with Maxi pad. We hung out at our usual haunt. The place was surprisingly still busy when we got there around 12:30am. Ran into "hot guy" from new years eve . . . we were both very flirty!
The crew made brunch plans for Saturday morning . . . gay brunch really is my new favorite thing. I don't know why I never did it sooner! lol Actually, more like why I haven't done this more often. Four queens at the table drinking bloody Mary's... good times I tell you! Cracking jokes, reminiscing about previous antics.
After brunch, yours truly had the brilliant idea to have just one more and keep the fun alive at a bar up the street. One turned into, well, many more. Again, lots of inside jokes, but one heck of a fun time among great friends. We all ended up going home for what turned into a 5 hour nap . . . all except for poor Maxi who had to go out and work. Poor little fellah!
Saturday night we went to Epic which was quite fun. I'd never been there before. The music was ok, a little too "trancy" for me. I need to hear words in my dance music. But we had a great time.
The weekend was just awesome and what I really needed. But now I'm re-charging my batteries for the birthday weekend ahead. Woo hoo!
Thanks Maxi & Foxi for ALL of the fun!

Debauchery Flew Into Town!
What a crazy ass weekend. My best friend Foxi Brown, now of Tempe, AZ flew into town on Thursday . . . and wow, what a debauchery filled weekend.
So he arrived to my place around 5ish and we started beveraging as we awaited the arrival of Maxi pad . . . thus completing the 3 Q's. We had a "classy" dinner at the Cheesecake Factory and drank some lovely martini's. It really was a fun dinner . . . Foxi was going off about his sister and we we're hitting on the manager and being quite obvious. It was pretty funny, but you had to be there.
From there we went back to my place and chill'd, drank a little bit more and headed to Estate. We'll just put it this way . . . debauchery . . . right Foxi?
Friday we hung out, did the lunch thing, and ended up at Club Cafe later on in the night. I went to a Christmas party before hand and had a lot of fun.
The rest of the weekend was pretty chill as I had to work on Saturday and pretty much slept and chill'd out on Sunday.

California Dreamin...
California dreaming again, wow! I just back from California yesterday morning after severally well spent days with my friend Mitch. The weather was a warm 70 degrees, light breeze, clear blue Sky. Certainly not what we're experiencing right now here in Boston.
Ok, here is the play by play:
Thursday, I arrived in San Jose and was picked up by friend Mitch around 8:20 PM. I was hungry and hadn't had dinner yet. And we had decided that Jack N the Box (aka Jbo) was the best place for us to go. I've never been to one before and I wanted to try it for some reason. So I got curly fries and ciabatta bacon burger. Wow, SLAMMING! It was so good. Mitch's friends "Den" and "Sol" came over to meet me and drink some wine. Sol is WICKED cute and adorable. But he's got a man. So we all chat, be all caddy etc. and finish up 4 bottles of wine. 1 between Sol and Den, the other three between Mitch and I. Yeah, that's how we roll! lol
Friday, I went to Stanford University in Palo Alto. What a gorgeous campus! It has to be on the prettiest campuses in America. Apparently the largest, with over 9,000 acres. After this, we had to run a few errands then decided on Filipino food. I've never had it before and always wanted to. Mitch is Filipino, so he's had it many times and was able to suggest options. The food was the BOMB! Sooo good. I want some more. After dinner, we drove around a bit in Mitch's new Honda CRV - named Bailey during the day and Jenna at night (guess she's a little sluttier at night). That night we went out in San Fran to a bar called Dragon. Had LOTS of fun. We danced our asses off! San Fran is a pretty fun city . . . much larger than what I'm use (Boston is tiny in comparison).
Saturday, I slept in a bit. The time change caught up with me a bit. We ran some errands, packed up some stuff and headed to San Fran for the official 30th birthday celebration. He's got such great friends . . . over 20 people showed up for dinner at this cute little Italian restaurant. We had such a great dinner and time. After this we departed for our hotel with the whole crew in tow. We had set up a little pre-gaming bar in our room. Shots and drinks all around . . . I guess we were pretty loud because security called to tell us to keep it down.
We ha
d to laugh, we knew it would happen! So we left and headed on to Look Out and Cafe in the Castro. Again, we danced our asses off at Cafe. The music was really good, oh and I made out with two guys . . . random, I know . . . completely unlike me too. I kept telling everyone I left my dignity at Logan Airport.Sunday, we set our for brunch at this cute little place in Tiburon, looking out into the water with San Fran and the bay off into the distance. It was really beautiful. After brunch, we headed back to Mountain View so I could pack up my shit and fly out that night, back to Boston. I guess I bought a lot of wine back because my suitcase was over the weight limit on the way back. Opps!
All in all, I had an absolutely amazing trip. I'm looking forward to going back some day soon.

Wild Times . . . and more Where that Came From!
It's really been a whirlwind weekend beginning last Wednesday night.
You see, Maxi and I decided to do dinner, hang out, and have some gurl chat. We began at his place, bull shitting, listening to music (Tom Petty's Last Dance With Mary Jane is a song I can't get out of my head and Apologize, I know, such varied tastes!).
We decided upon Petite Robert in Boston's South End. Cute little French restaurant that I've always wanted to hit up. The food was rockin . . . and we were pretty hungry. So, we had appetizers, dinner, dessert, and several drinks. It was fun. After 3 very stiff martini's, we headed down the street to our favorite watering hole, Club Cafe. The plan really was for just 1 drink. My sinus's have been driving me nuts so I wanted to head to bed around midnight. Haha, wishful thinking.
One drink turned into many as we watched the Red Sox spank the Rockies. And by the time 1am rolled around, we decided we should follow the rest of our crew to the Eagle for just one more. It was such a random and fun night. Good times, good times.
The next morning, my sinus's were going crazy . . . I swear, I probably have a sinus infection, I always get them.
Saturday night, I went to the Human Rights Campaign New England Dinner at the new Weston Hotel on the water front. Absolutely beautiful place. We all had such an awesome time. The Governor was th
ere . . . so awesome to live in a state where the Governor is so progressive and pro-gay. I've included a pic I took.
Very excited for the coming weekend. I'm going to Northern Cali for my friend Mitch's 30th birthday party! I can't wait! We're going to have so much fun! We already got a hotel room in San Francisco for Saturday night. Woo hoo! Expect updates from there!

Weekend Update
Let's see whats new with me. Oh, I've been spendin money like its water. I bought a plane ticket to California so I can head out for Mitch's birthday. He's turning 30 in November. I practically stole the ticket too. . . $235! with taxes, round trip to San Jose! I couldn't believe how cheap it was. I'm really excited to head out there and party it up for his birthday. It's going to be such a crazy weekend!
I went to Men's Warehouse today to rent a tux. I'm going to the Human Rights Campaign New England Dinner here in Boston on 10/27. I'm wicked excited! I've always wanted to go and now I can and I'm not paying the $225 for the ticket! I'm going on behalf of my employer! Woo hoo! But that tux rental was $125 . . . le sigh
So, I went out on Friday night with Maxi and his man, Stevie Wonder and his man, to our favorite watering hole, Club Cafe. We had a kick ass time. We didn't get there until late, so it did seem like we were there for only a few minutes lol. I had two nice confidence boosters while I was there too. Right as I walked in, some guy stopped me (I don't remember his name) and was like "your so and so right? I saw you at the Kinsey Sicks show the other night...you took my ticket and I said to myself 'wow, he's such a handsome guy'". WOW, that doesn't happen to me, so its made me feel real good.
Ok, more to chat about, but I need to head to bed.

Weekend Update
Well its Sunday night . . . and the weekend is over. BOOOOO!
I had a pretty chill weekend. I was suppose to go to Connecticut for my dad's birthday on Friday night but well . . . sweet baby gizmo (my car) decided to leak anti-freeze.
I had made it about 20 miles outside of Boston and decided to stop at the Framingham rest stop so I could use the bathroom and to get gas. So I come out of the stop and some guy is standing next to my car. I said to myself "I sure hope this guy doesn't think I hit his car or something because I'm so not in the mood for any ones shit." Well this guy was looking at my car and goes "hey buddy, u gotta leak."
I look down underneath my car and there is a puddle of anti-freeze. Lovely right? So I knew right then and there I wouldn't be going to CT. The good thing is that I was only about three miles or so from my friend Tom's house . . . so I was able to bring my car there. I wasn't going to be able to get back to Boston.
So at some point this week, I need to get my car to a garage to be looked at. I hope its only a hose causing the leak. Because if its the radiator then I'll be junking my car. Its almost 10 years old (its a dodge neon kids) and has been banged up a bit (thanks drunkin students) so its not worth putting $500 + into my car . . . especially when there are other things I have to have done. But I've been in good spirits about it. If its done, its done. Its just a car.
Not going to CT had left me with nothing to do. So, I ended up going to dinner with Sam for some fabulous Chinese food. And you gotta love those scorpion bowls! Tasty! And that's where I continued . . . except I had some lovely 7 & 7's with Sam later, followed by hanging out with Maxi and his new "man person." ;-)
Saturday, well . . . lets say I was unable to function at peak levels until ohhh 4pm. After that, I went and hung out with some friends from work for most of the night. Had a great time too.
And today . . . pretty productive . . . I went to the gym, walked around Boston for a bit (weather was rockin today), went to gay church and dinner . . . little tv . . .and bam, here I am.
